If for any reason you're not satisfied or made a mistake in purchasing, you may simply return the item.

 

What you must know about our satisfaction guarantee policy -

• Always inspect your item on arrival. You have 5 days to inspect your item after you receive it. If you are not satisfied, contact us immediately.

 

• Buyer must pay all shipping fees(receipt and return shipping fees). When purchased outside the US, buyer must pay all import fees in addition to shipping fees.

 

• You must contact epsa electronics before returning an item and request a return authorization. All items returned without a return authorization number will be returned to buyer at buyers expense.

 

• Items returned must be in unused - undamaged condition with all original packing material, manuals and accessories.

 

• The following items may be returned only if unused or unopened; strings, reeds, ear buds, earplugs, harmonicas, all cleaning, consumable and bottled fluids, cloths, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, CDs, DVD's, videos, special order or custom made/fitted items may not be returned.

 

• Any paypal hold on funds, credit card charge backs or paypal claims will void this "Money Back Satisfaction Guaranty" and equipment warranty.

 

• Refunds will be processed upon inspection and approval of returned merchandise. Refunds will be approved only in conditions described above.
